GFCF Yeast Free Sliced Bread


Here's what I can say about this bread, it's nothing different to a regular bread when it comes to taste. I have tried different combinations of flour until I finally hit the right formula! It's not sticky or dry and it's just the perfect pair. I used Arrowhead Mills GF Baking Mix and Tapioca flour. Let me just tell you that tapioca really makes the bread taste good and smells good! I used the recipe from Special Diet for Special Kids Two. The best part of it all is it's yeast free!
